Water is a weight loss tool. DO NOT drink all of your water "before lunch."
Spread it out and make it work for you. You should get up at least 1 time per night to void.
Eat like a queen in the morning, princess at lunch, and a pulper at night. The number of calories that you burn decrease as the day goes along.
You burn more calories consuming hot foods as opposed to cold foods.
Exercise is not necessary to lose weight. You will have increased energy on the program. Use this extra energy to be more active and/or cardio workouts.

If you have a slight gain in your weight, DO NOT think its over. You will have fluctuations in your weight from time to time.
